Covid-19 Testing, New York State & CDC Guidelines
According to New York state guidance, to maximize the number of people who can attend the event, attendees must present proof of a Covid-19 vaccination or recent negative Covid-19 test prior to entry. If an attendee does not have proof of a negative test, we will be providing rapid testing onsite at the event, for a fee. In addition to following state guidelines, we will also abide by federal and CDC guidelines to create a safe environment.
In addition to the live in-person event, we will be offering a Livestream of The Crowdfunding Conference to attendees unable to participate in person. If you are interested in the Livestream option, you still need to register for the event as a paid attendee.
Our Refund Policy
We have a 100% money-back guarantee for attendees of this event. If for any reason you cannot attend the event and you choose not to receive the Livestream, we will refund 100% of your attendance fee – no questions asked.
Covid-19 Safety Protocols
Our top priority is the health and safety of attendees, sponsors, and staff. With this in mind, we have established the following protocols for The Crowdfunding Conference 2021:
- Attendees will need to show proof of a Covid-19 vaccination or recent negative Covid-19 test upon entry
- Wellness checks for all attendees, staff, and sponsors including temperature checks
- Hand sanitizing stations located throughout the venue
- Audio visual safety measures for use of microphones and equipment
- Masks will be optional for vaccinated attendees unless local regulations require them by law

DealFlow Financial Products, Inc. (d/b/a “DealFlow Events”) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of Covid-19 at The Crowdfunding Conference 2021; however, DealFlow Events cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with Covid-19. Further, attending this event could increase your risk of contracting Covid-19. By registering for this event, you are accepting the terms of this agreement: I acknowledge the contagious nature of Covid-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by Covid-19 by participating in or attending this event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death to myself, my spouse, guests, child(ren), unborn child, or relatives. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by Covid-19 while participating in this event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, DealFlow Events employees, volunteers, and attendees and their families.
